Kale Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of sourdough
  • 150 g kale
  • 100 g red Leicester shredded
  • 100 g mature cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and cook the kale for about 1 minute stirring continuously. This process is going to make it a bit crispy.
  • Step 2: butter your bread
  • Step 3: cook for 5-6 minutes on each side over medium-low heat to make sure the cheese melts properly.
