Berries & Ricotta Cheese on Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 slices 7 seed sourdough
  • 150 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bread and grill on each side for 2-3 mins until grill marks form
  • Spread a thick layer of ricotta cheese on the bread, top it with berries and you're ready to go
  • Additionally, you can also drizzle some honey on top
