This minced pork recipe is incredibly easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. It makes for an ideal mid-week dinner unless you want to have it for breakfast as I did 2 weeks ago haha
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry your diced onion for a few minues. Once the onion has softened, add your minced garlic and ginger and fry for another minute stirring ocasionally.
Now it’s time to add the minced pork and season with salt and pepper. You can substitute the pork with minced beef beef.
Once the pork is cooked add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce and mix together. Let it simmer for a few minutes stirring from time to time.
The dish is now ready. You can serve it on a bed of rice or with noodles and top it with a fried egg.
